Since April 2020, Livit implementations have been coordinated centrally by an ‘implementation and data management team’.
Central recording by the implementation team guarantees a consistently high standard of data quality for all properties. The team defines a practical structure for record keeping, files the contract data in the system and remedies missing or inadequate data. A tool developed by Livit assists in accurate record keeping and simplifies the process considerably.
Once all important contract and documents are gathered, they are sorted, cleaned up and digitalised by employees. The complete documents are then passed on to the property managers. Livit consults closely with the previous agents throughout the entire process to ensure a flawless transition.
