After our construction management team had modernised the property entrusted to us in St. Gallen’s old town with a contemporary conversion, the marketing team showed off its potential to best effect. Expertise from a single source, regional know-how and smooth processes led to successful, fast rental. We are delighted to have the ideal mix of tenants for these attractive commercial and residential spaces.

Making good use of existing resources

A property managed by Livit contained modern, spacious and fully equipped conference rooms belonging to a former tenant that were difficult to rent in the particular circumstances. Livit made a virtue out of necessity and now makes these rooms available to the property’s other tenants on a daily or hourly basis at attractive prices.

In Köniz, a unique living space has been created that has extended the life of a former office complex. The Lise and Lotte building project symbolises sustainability while creating space for interactions with others.

Marketing and first-time rental of a new building site with 189 apartments and 725 m2 of commercial space distributed across three buildings.

When viewings become an experience

A tour of a property wearing construction site clothing? This special experience was a lot of fun for the prospective tenants of the four new rows of buildings in Allschwil. This future-focused project offers intergenerational living space and was skilfully showcased by our rental team, who also organised the eventful viewings. We are delighted that all the properties have been rented out and that we have already been awarded a follow-up contract from the satisfied client.

Our rental specialists reduced the vacancy rate of the apartments by more than 8 per cent within a year.

Two floors, one challenge

368 m2 distributed over two floors, one of which has a sloping roof. To make matters worse, there is an oversupply of office space in the St. Gallen area. A difficult but not impossible undertaking for Livit’s rental team, who accepted the rental instruction and found a suitable tenant, who moved into the entire space in autumn 2023.
