A few years ago, there was little talk of photovoltaic systems and e-mobility charging stations in the real estate industry – today, these areas are growing exponentially. Property management is obliged to meet new requirements and do justice to the increasing importance of sustainability.

The expansion of electric charging infrastructure should be as straightforward, efficient and cost-effective as possible. In order to achieve this while maintaining high quality, we have developed standard processes in recent years that have proven successful. Nevertheless, the processes must be flexible. After all, the different requirements of each property necessitate a variety of operating concepts. The flexible expandability of the installations is also a must. 

Beatrice Lifart will take over as the head of Livit on 1 May 2024. Beatrice Lifart has played a substantial part in the development of Livit and has continuously and with foresight positioned the company in line with changing market developments.

Before taking on a new challenge at Livit last year, Jordan spent over ten years as a property manager. This experience and his enthusiasm for passing on knowledge are now proving beneficial to him in his role as a business coach, which involves preparing new property managers for getting the best out of Livit’s property management systems.

Congratulations Micaela Tobler. Our dedicated branch manager in Ticino is celebrating an impressive 20 years with Livit. In this interview, she provides insight into her personal history and the unprecedented expansion of the Ticino branch. 

Today’s centre of excellence for ancillary costs within real estate accounting has created industry standards and even launched the first professional training course in its field in Switzerland: compelling evidence that the gradual separation of this specialist field from property management has been a complete success. 

Claudia completed an apprenticeship at Livit, then worked for us as a property manager and team leader. After 17 years, she decided to take on a new challenge outside of our company but returned a few years later. It is not all that uncommon for employees to find their way back to Livit. In 2023, 19 people did it. Find out what prompted Claudia to return to Livit.
