Important major contract on Lake Zurich

In a prime location in Au-Wädenswil, the Au-Park development will provide attractive new living space. The four new buildings comprise 107 owner-occupied apartments, 189 rental apartments, 725 m2 of commercial space, a secondary school and a generously sized green area. Starting in the third quarter of 2024, we will be devoting all our efforts to marketing activities. Preparations are currently under way. The marketing concept and all the promotional materials are being drawn up, and the apartment documentation and floor plans are being created.
