Workday – our HR management tool

Livit introduced the HR management tool Workday in January 2021 to keep pace with the increasing complexity of our human resources management requirements. This new, integrated platform fully digitalises key HR processes and gives employees, line managers and HR specialists access via a central, user-friendly portal.

Since unifying its HR system landscape in 2021, Livit has operated one single platform for all HR processes. A central portal makes it easy for employees and line managers to find and use HR services. The fully digital workflows increase process transparency and support line managers in their managerial tasks through automated reporting. 
Both line managers and employees can initiate and manage HR processes themselves, giving them increased autonomy.
