Would you like to report damage?
The quickest way to do this is via our online tenant portal myLivit. Log in conveniently from your smartphone, tablet or laptop or register now. Available around the clock with no waiting.
Alternatively, you can continue reporting damage using this form.
Use the online form to report damage or defects in your rental property. We will arrange for the caretaker or a tradesperson to undertake a repair or install a replacement as quickly as possible.
We deal with the following types of damage and similar situations:
- Broken household appliances (fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc.)
- Plumbing issues (no hot water, water damage etc.)
- Damage to floors or walls (damage to parquet, dents etc.)
If resolving the issue would be classed as a minor repair, please handle it yourself. There is no need to report the damage to us.
