Livit expands partnership with Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG across Switzerland

Specialised expertise is key: Livit takes over the property management of another sub-portfolio in the SF Sustainable Property Fund and the entire portfolio in the SF Retail Properties Fund

We are delighted to announce that we have expanded our existing full property management mandate by a further 153 properties of Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG (SFP). 

Livit was selected because of our existing successful partnership in the Ticino and Lucerne regions. In addition to property management, we have also handled a number of rental instructions for SFP. The extension of our partnership with SFP means that, from 1 January 2025, Livit will manage properties throughout Switzerland for the SF Sustainable Property Fund. During the tender process, Livit also secured the property management mandate for the entire SF Retail Properties Fund portfolio.  Thanks to our nationwide specialisation in commercial property management, we were able to convince SFP to entrust us with the property management for their retail fund. This expansion of our mandate and our partnership throughout Switzerland motivates us even more to continue to inspire our client with our services in the future.

Our team has done an excellent job in implementing the properties and fully professionalising the portfolio management. Transferring data from other property management companies can sometimes be a challenge. Our expertise in real estate accounting, which Livit spun off from property management a few years ago and has increasingly specialised in, was also a decisive factor. As a centrally managed matrix organisation, real estate accounting operates across all locations. This allows us to ensure consistent high quality in this domain as well. Around 50 specialists ensure that the figures are spot on. When a new property is acquired, it is essential to integrate it neatly into the accounting system as quickly as possible. Efficient standardised processes pave the way for this.
