Early action during the energy shortage  

In April 2022, Livit implemented the Energy Board to counteract the impending energy shortage. Starting in September, one representative each from the Executive Board, Property Management, Key Account Management, Real Estate Accounting, Facility Management and Communication discussed the market developments, called in external consultants and defined measures on a weekly basis. 

As the months went by, the Energy Board defined and communicated a large number of prevention and risk assessment measures. Livit prepared for various scenarios, and was therefore able to react quickly and to answer questions from owners and tenants promptly and expertly.
